MCT oil by Vitaler’s is a liquid dietary supplement containing medium-chain fatty acids (MCT) — caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10). The oil is extracted from the Guinea oil palm and has a neutral taste. It can be added to coffee, smoothies, salads and ketogenic diet meals. It does not contain preservatives, colourings, flavourings or added sugar.

The oil is extracted from the African oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.), a plant that grows naturally in Africa and Madagascar. It is not suitable for frying due to its low smoke point.
