Suggested use:
1-3 servings daily between meals or approximately 1 hour before and after training. Dissolve 1 serving (100 g = 2 scoops) in 170 ml of water using a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume immediately after preparation. (To adjust the intensity of the flavour to individual preferences, dissolve in 100-200 ml of water).
