Suggested use:
Take a single serving of the product – 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 3 times a day.
On workout days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving between meals, third serving immediately after training.
On non-workout days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second between meals, third after the main meal.
