A complex composition based on an advanced protein formula containing a matrix of fast-acting whey protein concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate with slowly absorbed micellar casein. The product is supplemented with MCT oil, L-glutamine and taurine.

Suggested use:
1-4 servings daily – at breakfast, at lunch, after training and approx. 1 hour before bedtime. Dissolve 1 serving (50 g = 1½ scoops) in 100 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
