Suggested use:
Mix 20 g (2 scoops) with 400-500 ml of water 30-45 minutes before training. Consume once daily.
Any clumping/hardening of the powder is due to the composition of the high-dose ingredients and is not a sign of inferior quality. It does not detract from the effect and unfortunately cannot be avoided with such a high dosage.
