Suggested use:
Mix approximately one scoop of powder with 260 ml of cold water or milk in a blender, shaker or glass and blend, shake or stir for 20-30 seconds or until the powder is dissolved. For best results, prepare the shake 30-60 minutes after training or use as a snack at any time.
