Suggested use:
Mix 25 g of the supplement with 200-350 ml of water or milk, preferably in a shaker or glass.
On training days, take 1 serving in the morning (on an empty stomach) and one after training.
On non-training days, take one in the morning and one in the afternoon/after training before bedtime.
