Suggested use:
Half a serving of Grenade Whey (15g protein): Add one flat scoop of powder (20 grams) to 125ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice.
Full serving of Grenade Whey (30g protein): Add two scoops of powder (40 grams) to 250 ml of ice-cold water or milk of choice. Mix well with the liquid in a shaker or blender.
