Whey protein concentrate (from milk) 96%, flavours, thickener (cellulose gum), colour (ammonia caramel), sweetener (sucralose). The product may contain: soya, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
Suggested use:
Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume 1 serving before training and a second serving immediately afterwards. A portion of the product recommended for consumption per day is 60 g. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
