Suggested use:
Dissolve one serving (35 g – 1.5 scoops) in 150 ml of water, using a shaker for at least 10 seconds.
Use 1–2 times a day between meals, e.g. in the morning, after training or in the evening. Consume immediately after preparation.
The package contains a measuring scoop.
