Aliness ALLHydrate Isotonic is a powdered dietary supplement. It is a carbohydrate-electrolyte solution containing glucose and fructose and essential minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium. ALLHydrate is the first electrolyte product on the market to contain a natural source of sodium, which is rock salt from the Klodawa mine (non-iodised).

Suggested use:
Dissolve a portion of isotonic (12.1 g=1.5 scoops) in 500 ml of lukewarm water. The powder should be stirred for longer. Shake before use.
