BeKeto Keto Protein Isolate with MCT, Wild Raspberry is a dietary supplement in powder form with a wild raspberry flavour. It contains whey protein isolate, coconut MCT oil and freeze-dried raspberries. It is characterised by a high protein content (56 g/100 g) and low carbohydrate content. Thanks to multiple filtration, most of the lactose and casein have been removed. The formula is enriched with acacia fibre. The product is compatible with a ketogenic diet. Suggested use:
Take a serving of (20 g) or two before training to build lean muscle mass. Use immediately after training to promote muscle recovery. Add to any meal or shake during the day to reduce hunger and increase satiety.
