Suggested use:
Mix 1 serving of (28 g = 2 heaping tablespoons of) powder in 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, consume 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On rest days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
