Suggested use:
Pour 40 g of powder (3 scoops) into every 500 ml of water and mix thoroughly.
It is recommended to consume the drink during the warm-up (150 to 300 ml) and regularly during and after exercise (150 ml every 15 minutes).
Ideal for intense or prolonged exercise and recommended for sports in hot climates.
