Vitargo POST + Protein is a powdered dietary supplement. It combines fast-absorbing carbohydrates derived from Vitargo® starch with high-quality whey protein. It provides 57 g of carbohydrates and 28 g of protein per serving.
The product has been developed to maximise recovery after intense training or competition, while providing the muscles with the right conditions for building and growth.

Other ingredients:
Starch, whey protein concentrate (from MILK, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin/E322)), skimmed cocoa powder 5%, salt, flavouring, sweeteners (E951, E950). Contains aspartame (source of phenylalanine).
Suggested use:
Fill the shaker with 300 ml of water, add approx. 100 g of Vitargo Post and shake vigorously. Top up the shaker with water to 400-600 ml.
1 serving once a day after training.
